I’m sad to see there don’t seem to be any protestors this year (from what I can tell from the photos.) All of us standing in the cold holding signs that last time in 2016 have moved away since. How could we stay? It’s so sad. I loved six years living in Sioux Center but I could not raise my children in a place that celebrates this man.
As a Dordt alum I am also pleased to see they kept the rules the same for Trump. Small mercies.
