How I became an inadvertent TikTok star

It all started a couple of weeks ago. I’m not on TikTok much, so it wasn’t until someone brought the video over to the site formerly known as Twitter that I made acquantance with bhambluedot.

I hadn’t crossed paths with Lindsay (bhambluedot) before, but suffice it to say, it was love at first sight. (Me: I LOVE you. Her: I love you back!)

That one went TikTok viral.

Which brings us to Saturday. The counter protest is happening! Moms for Liberty will be outside Huntsville’s Madison City Library, and Moms Against Moms for Liberty and bhambluedot will be there too, at 10am with a whole box of Jesus and John Wayne books (thanks, Liveright Publishing!) to give away for free.

If you’re in the Huntsville area, I guarantee it will be a fabulous time and a wonderful way to meet up with kindred spirits. And Lindsay is the funniest person ever.

And that is the story of how I became a TikTok star. Or at least my book did.

***Update*** As of August 3, the Moms for Liberty event has been *cancelled* by the library due to issues of capacity (they’d requested permission for an event for 30 people, not the 300+ who are expected to show up) and’or due to persecution at the hands of the anti-woke mob. But the JESUS AND JOHN WAYNE event will continue as planned! And Lindsay will have lots of free books to give away. Details here:
